Shipping Policy

We want your order to arrive fast and in perfect condition. Most in-stock orders ship next business day from Greenville, South Carolina.

Continental United States

All shipments within the continental US ship via UPS Ground unless the customer requests otherwise. Allow 1 to 5 business days for processing and an additional 1 to 4 business days for delivery based on your location. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Alaska and Hawaii

All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii ship via UPS Ground. Additional shipping charges may apply based on weight or insured value. If additional charges apply, we will notify you before processing your order. Allow a minimum of 6 business days for delivery. Promotional free shipping does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii.

Global Shipping

International Orders

We ship worldwide. For international orders we use UPS where available, or USPS for locations where UPS does not operate. For large overseas orders, sea freight is available.

International shipping rates are calculated based on destination, weight, and insured value. Contact us before placing your order for a shipping quote. Import restrictions vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer to verify.

Hassle-Free Returns

Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every Clear Ballistics purchase. If for any reason you are not, we make it simple to return or exchange your order.

This return policy applies to products purchased directly from Clear Ballistics by phone or through clearballistics.com. For products purchased through an authorized dealer, the dealer's return policy applies.

Within 30 Days

Full Refund

Return unused products in original packaging for a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee. The remaining amount is refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return.

30 to 60 Days

Exchange

Products may be exchanged for another Clear Ballistics item. All merchandise must be unused and returned in original packaging. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.

After 60 Days

No Refund

No refunds or exchanges will be issued for merchandise returned more than 60 days after the original purchase date.
