Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of clearballistics.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through the Site, operated by Clear Ballistics, LLC ("Clear Ballistics," "we," "us," or "our"), a South Carolina limited liability company.

By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. Prices are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of any product.

We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products accurately. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Products may vary slightly from their pictures.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or service offered. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

By placing an order you represent that you are of legal age to purchase the products and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna Pay-in-4, and Purchase Orders from approved organizations. All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is collected where required by applicable law.

For Purchase Order customers: a valid purchase order number is required at checkout. Terms are Net 30 for pre-approved accounts only. Unauthorized deductions or chargebacks may result in suspension of purchase order privileges.

We use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information in transit. Payment card data is processed by our payment processor and is not stored on our servers.

Most in-stock orders ship next business day from Greenville, South Carolina. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Clear Ballistics is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. For more detail on transit times, international shipping, and freight options, see our Shipping and Returns page.

Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. Products may be exchanged within 30 to 60 days of purchase. No refunds or exchanges will be issued after 60 days.

This policy applies to products purchased directly from Clear Ballistics. For products purchased through an authorized dealer, the dealer's return policy applies. Custom and bulk orders may be subject to separate return terms communicated at the time of order.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site. You may not use the Site to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material, or to harvest or collect information about other users.

You may not use any automated means to access the Site or collect any information from the Site without our express written consent. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any system or network connected to the Site.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Clear Ballistics or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site without express written permission from us.

The Site and its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Clear Ballistics does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Clear Ballistics products are designed for testing and training purposes. It is the user's responsibility to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the use of ballistic testing materials.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Clear Ballistics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Site or products purchased through the Site.

In no event shall Clear Ballistics' aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the products or the Site exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the applicable product(s) or one hundred US dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Greenville County, South Carolina, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Clear Ballistics with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Clear Ballistics.
